The newly developing health center in Crottendorf in the picturesque Ore Mountains is looking for a dedicated and qualified occupational therapist who would like to become part of our dynamic team. This position not only offers an exciting opportunity for professional development, but also the prospect of a managerial role and active involvement in the development of the center's concept.

Qualifications and requirements:
To ensure smooth operation, positive cooperation and the high-quality, personalized service we strive for, we need essential prior knowledge.
- Completed training as an occupational therapist with appropriate recognition
- Professional experience in occupational therapy practice, preferably in various specialist areas
- Specialist knowledge in the application of various occupational therapy methods and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with patients of all ages
- Interest in further developing your own specialist knowledge and participating in training courses

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS?
INDEPENDENT & RELIABLE
With us, you will take on a variety of exciting tasks, which you will master independently and with a high degree of reliability together with your team. Here is a small foretaste of your future activities:
- Implementation of occupational therapy treatments and measures to promote the health and independence of patients
- Creation of individual treatment plans taking into account the needs and abilities of patients
- Implementation of various occupational therapy methods and techniques, including sensory integration, motor functions and cognitive skills
- Collaboration with other specialists, such as doctors, physiotherapists and psychologists, for holistic patient care
- Documentation of treatment progress and preparation of reports for internal and external purposes
- Active participation in the concept development of the health center, including the design of therapy offers and programs
