Qualifications and requirements:
To ensure smooth operation, positive cooperation and the high-quality, personalized service we strive for, we need essential prior knowledge.
- Completed vocational training in a building services trade desirable
- You can demonstrate cross-trade knowledge, e.g. in house, building and ventilation technology and knowledge of landscape gardening would be desirable
- High resilience and flexibility
- You are physically resilient
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Driving license class B is available, additional class You know how to handle responsibility desirable
- Good knowledge of German. Knowledge of English desirable, other languages also welcome.

- Supervision of technical building systems in a hotel complex
- Management, organization and quality control of external service providers
- Transportation and disposal activities
- Independent execution of maintenance orders and safety-relevant inspections of technical systems in accordance with the recognized rules of technology
- Carrying out minor repairs and light renovation work
- Obtaining quotations and placing orders in line with the budget
