In this important role you will be you will be responsible for the care and smooth running of the daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks in ourfacility responsible. - Ideally first professional experience in the hotel industry as a housekeeper / housekeeper or similar
- Good knowledge of German
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning methods and processes
- A well-groomed external appearance
- Friendliness and a service mentality are practiced
- Understanding the correct use of cleaning agents and household appliances
- Ability to perform physical work, including bending, lifting and carrying objects
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Willingness to work flexibly and to be available at weekends or on public holidays if required

With us, you will take on a variety of exciting tasks, which you will master independently and with a high degree of reliability together with your team. Here is a small foretaste of your future activities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties in assigned areas, including room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and floor cleaning
- Ensuring a tidy and clean appearance of the premises
- Change of bed linen and towels according to hotel standards
- Handling guest requests and complaints regarding room cleanliness efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Proper handling of cleaning equipment, cleaning agents and household appliances
- Coordination and organization of special cleaning projects as required
- Ironing and sewing work if required
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
