Will you be our chef?
Das Erz Spa & Hotel is an exclusive wellness and health resort located in the picturesque natural surroundings of the Ore Mountains. Our restaurant, Fünf Fichten, is looking for new staff to help us offer first-class cuisine and take our guests on a culinary journey that appeals to both the senses and the health.
We place great importance on fresh, regional ingredients and a balanced diet.

Qualifications and requirements
To ensure smooth operation, positive cooperation and the high-quality, personalized service we strive for, we need essential prior knowledge.
- Completed training as a chef / in gastronomy or career changer with suitable professional experience
- Desirable: Experience in upscale restaurants or hotels
- Passion for high-quality, healthy cuisine
- Creativity and innovative spirit
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- High resilience and flexibility
- Language skills: German (minimum level A2). English desirable.
- Extensive product knowledge and safe working techniques
- Cross-departmental action and thinking
- Friendly, engaging and service-oriented demeanor
- Warm and friendly host
- Well-groomed appearance
