DAS ERZ Medical Spa & Hotel is a renowned facility that specializes in specialized in therapeutic, medical, wellness wellness and beauty treatments. We are currently looking for an experienced beautician to join our team and pamper our guests with excellent services.
WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU?
Qualifications and requirements:
To ensure smooth operation, positive cooperation and the high-quality, personalized service we strive for, we need essential prior knowledge.
- Degree from a recognized cosmetics school or a similar field.
- Several years of demonstrable work experience as a beautician, ideally in a renowned spa or similar facility
- Positive and vitalizing aura
- Above-average groomed, external appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Service-oriented
- Good knowledge of English, preferably other foreign languages such as Russian, Spanish, French etc.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to perform manicures and pedicures is desirable but not essential.

With us, you will take on a variety of exciting tasks, which you will master independently and with a high degree of reliability together with your team. Here is a small foretaste of your future activities:
- Perform a wide range of cosmetic treatments such as facials, body scrubs, massages, waxing and other beauty treatments in accordance with the standards of the Medical Spa & Hotel DAS ERZ.
- Advising guests on suitable treatments, products and care routines according to their individual needs and concerns.
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through professional and empathetic support.
- Adapting treatments to specific skin types, skin conditions and medical requirements of guests.
- Adherence to high hygiene standards and compliance with regulations to ensure the safety of guests.
- Documentation of treatments and maintenance of guest files.
- Work closely with other team members, including therapists, doctors and other cosmetic professionals.
