OUR RECEPTION
Das Erz Medical Spa & Hotel is an exclusive wellness and health resort located in the middle of the picturesque nature of the Ore Mountains, we are looking for professional support for our reception. Welcome our guests with first-class quality and authentic hospitality. With commitment, a sense of responsibility and a pronounced sense of service for the well-being of our guests, you will support our team at reception.

Qualifications and requirements:
To ensure smooth operation, positive cooperation and the high-quality, personalized service we strive for, we need essential prior knowledge.
- You have successfully completed training in the hotel industry or have experience in the service sector
- You know how to handle responsibility
- The willingness to act and think across departments
- First professional experience at the front office desirable
- Friendly, engaging and service-oriented demeanor
- Very good team player
- Good knowledge of German. Knowledge of English desirable, other languages also welcome.
- Positive attitude and excellent manners
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
- quick comprehension and a well-groomed appearance
- Loyalty to colleagues, superiors and the company

- Guest reception
- Active sale
- Implementation of check-ins / check-outs
- Invoicing and cash management
- Professional complaint handling and implementation of our quality standards
- Cash accounting and preparation of the daily financial statements
- Active consulting on in-house services and extended cooperation offers
- Data management and working with digital booking software (GDPR-compliant)
- Clarifying individual customer wishes
- Close cooperation with overarching departments (restaurant, spa, fitness, doctor, naturopath, etc.)
- Independent management of a shift at the front office
