We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Representative for our Medical Spa & Hotel. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent quality of service while maintaining a natural and unobtrusive presence at all times.
We welcome both experienced restaurant staff and career changers. Extensive training is offered to ensure that you can quickly integrate into our operational processes.

- Excellent service and communication skills to create a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Friendly and open-minded demeanor to warmly welcome guests
- Experience in the service sector is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome
- High resilience and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good team player and willingness to work with other employees
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of English is required, knowledge of Russian, Turkish, Italian or Spanish is desirable

INDEPENDENT & RELIABLE
With us, you will take on a variety of exciting tasks, which you will master independently and with a high degree of reliability together with your team. Here is a small foretaste of your future activities:
- Providing first-class service to our guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring a pleasant dining experience
- Welcoming guests, escorting them to their tables and providing information on menus and special offers
- Breakfast service with buffet and a la carte menu
- Answering guests' questions and advising them on the selection of food and drinks
- Ensuring that the tables are properly laid and that the restaurant has an attractive appearance
- Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Receipt of payments and processing of invoices
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
